unable to manually install plugin

    I set the stateless mode. I cannot install plugins in manual mode. The zip file is uploaded on bucket, but I get such an error: PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to go to the end of the archive ‘gs://gamberorosso_it_media/2021/02/06109ef9-memberpress-plus-1.9.10.zip’

    Service account on GCP is configured as Storage Admin
