    Unable to Login (very specific case, CAPTCHA and Rename).

    Long time satisfied user of plugin (v4.1.7), but there is a specific case where users can no longer login:

    Upon closing dashboard session window, login form will not show captcha. I recognize that users should logout, but many users forgot this step (or let session expire).

    (this occurs on any browser, cross platform, and fails regardless of Enable Force WP User Logout feature is set:

    – set rename login page feature
    – enable captcha on login
    – login to WP Dashboard using renamed login page, complete login and captcha
    – select another browser tab
    – close original browser tab where WP session started
    – attempt to login by requesting renamed login page again
    *** CAPTCHA does not appear, so login not possible
    *** workaround is to close all browser windows/quit application
