A couple of days ago I was asked to login to Updraft Plus and to supply an OTP. I had been using Microsoft Authenticator to do so. Now, however, Updraft Plus rejects all OTPs as invalid.

Does anyone have an idea of how to solve this problem?

Include as much detail as possible, and any invoices or confirmation emails that you received upon purchase.
