• Hello there,

    I am facing a weird issue where If I open the login page in mobile or on desktop via developer tool’s mobile responsiveness, I am unable to login. It doesn’t show any error message nor it logs me in. It just refreshes the page.

    I’ve tried deactivating all the plugin and kept the Ultimate member plugin active and tried, but it still doesn’t work.

    Please let me know how can I go ahead about the same.

    Unfortunately, we cannot provide support in private. Do you have a caching plugin or server-side cache installed on your server? IF so, please try deactivating them and see if this is causing the issue.

    I have done all the troubleshooting. Even If I keep only Ultimate member active, it doesn’t let me login in the mobile device or mobile responsiveness window.

    Sorry for the late response. Could you please tell us if you’re still having issues with the latest version 2.4.2? Also, have you tried using a default WP theme and see if this is an issue with your current theme?
