Unable To Login At wp-login.php

Help please:
When trying to login to thesuperseal.com/wp-login.php I am suddenly receiving the following error messages:
Warning: require(/home/superseal2016/public_html/wp-includes/load.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/superseal2016/public_html/wp-settings.php on line 19
Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required ‘/home/superseal2016/public_html/wp-includes/load.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/alt/php71/usr/share/pear’) in /home/superseal2016/public_html/wp-settings.php on line 19
Going in via FTP, as far as I can see, these files appear to be there OK.
This is causing a huge problem at an unfortunate time as we are under pressure to launch this new site ASAP, so any advice would be appreciated.

Try MANUALLY updating. Download a fresh copy of the WordPress .zip file to your computer, unzip it, and use that to copy up all files and folders EXCEPT the
wp-config.phpfile and the/wp-content/directory. You may need to delete the old wp-admin and wp-includes folders and files on your server before uploading the new ones. Please read the Manual Update directions first.Hope this will help.
