unable to login after migration, frontend does not have any problem

I had migrated quite alot of my wordpress site without problem, only happen to this site.
what is did is update the new theme and database from test site to production site, the site’s wp-admin unable to sign in anymore.

futher detail,
Actually my pc browser is able to sign in to the site, but other pc that had never login to that site before when try to login will show white page,

when i try to sign out, the url show some nonce value.but unable to logout, showing white page, when i remove the nonce value, i can view the logout page(something like is that you, do you wish to logout page), when i click logout, it redirect me to white page, i am not able to sign out.
