    Hey @biswajitpaul05,

Can you please make sure you’re using reCAPTCHA V3 keys versus V2 keys?

Can you also please make sure your server/site and device times match?

    Please let me know.

    Thanks,

    Gerroald

    Thank you for your reply.

I have used ReCaptcha v3. But I did not activated it. You may go through the settings screenshot I have shared. And how can someone match server/site and device times at the same time? I can host my site to US region & live in Australia.

    Hey @biswajitpaul05,

I did miss that it’s not enabled in the screenshot you shared.

To immediately get access to your site, please use FTP/SSH or any file manager that your web host may be provided in their administration panel and rename the wordfence directory. It’s located in the folder: /wp-content/plugins/. Once you have logged in to your WordPress admin you can name the folder back again and change the setting that caused you to be locked out.

Do you see any errors in the browser console when you get the error?

    https://www.wordfence.com/help/advanced/troubleshooting/#how-to-inspect-the-browser-console

If you do see errors it sounds like there might be a conflict either with the theme or one of the plugins you’re using, could you try temporarily switching to a default theme if you’re not already using one and disabling all other plugins then reactivating them one by one to see if the issue persists?

To do so I recommend the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin which allows you to disable all plugins and switch to a default theme, but only for your user.

    Thanks,

    Gerroald
