  • Hi

Do not use anything that starts with database. They are for the wp-config.php

Check with your ISP for your admin user password.
Use your administrator username which is admin and your admin password to login.

Maybe your ISP just uploaded the WordPress script and setup the database, but did not run the WordPress installation script.

If installation script is not run. You may have to create wp-config.php and run the install.php

You can read up on this in the codex.

    Hope it helps!

Hey Denzel thanks so much. Turns out my ISP did not keep the password when they set up WordPress. So I had a new one generated and emailed. All OK now….

    You are welcome! 🙂
