Does it work with localhost/wordpress/wp-login.php?
This happened before, so I tried re-installing both WP and WAMP, and it worked for a day, and now it’s doing it again.
I would be looking more at your WAMP settings: server and port. But I’m a MAMP guy so I’m not much help with specifics in this case. You might close this and re-post your problem in https://wordpress.org/support/forum/localhost-installs#postform so you get the right eyes looking at it.
I desperately need to call WordPress and get someone to fix my login. Even if I read the instructions, I can’t do it. I have paid and paid for my blog nd think someone should be of help.
Message I get is
