Unable to log in to dashboard (via wp-admin or login.php) after upgrade

Hosted at Go Daddy. WP Hosting.

Upgraded site to 2.92.
Now unable to log in to wp-admin. Get this message—
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete. This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept
cookies.
When I try to log in at wp-login.php, after entering password I get this in the browser line ( and the same message)…

I have looked through the forums and documentation and checked the following…
**Disabled cookies/refused to accept cookies did NOT work
**Checked Database to make sure that url was correct
**Looked over wp-login.php, wp-admin.php and wp-config.php and couldn’t see any thing that shouldn’t be there
**Permissions are correct

Any ideas??
