Unable to load images

    Whenever I try to load an image to my blog I get this message:

    Dismiss “_DSC0117 copy.jpg” has failed to upload due to an error
    Unable to create directory /home/users/web/b2925/moo.iditar/blog/wp-content/uploads/2011/11. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

    My web host company says they have reset my permissions and don’t have a clue why I can’t load images. Any suggestions?
