Unable to link the product detail when click the product

Hi, I’m having an issue where I can’t see the products I’ve added to the cart page. Additionally, clicking on a product doesn’t take me to the product detail page. I have deactivate all the plugin and change the theme. Howeve this problem still happen

To confirm, any logged in user is able to add to cart normally, or only you?
only the admin able add to cart. Other login user also unable add to cart . and we also unable register the new account in the woocommerce
To make sure nothing was overlooked, can you please confirm if you deactivated Elementor and your cache plugin when testing?
I have deactivate all plugin when testing include Elementor and your cache plugin
Do you mind confirming which theme you used to test it?
actually my website normaaly is using the astra theme. However when testing i have shift to Twenty Twenty-Four theme for testing purpose
