Dear Support,

When I purchased the migration tool from you sometime ago, it was clearly stated in your site that it is a one-time payment and for use in unlimited number of websites.
Then, why are you now preventing me from using the migration tool in another website?

Please, enable me to use this tool in line with your promise.
