Please, in order to confirm you have set the plugin correctly, make sure you have select the products you want to add the Frequently Bought list, you can see this list in the product configuration, like here.

Hi, I cant open this link. And I am sure I have set it up correctly and verified from multiple YouTube videos as well. It just looks like something is conflicting with it which is why it is unable to appear on frontend. Is there anyway I can send you picture, videos please to make you understand it better?

Maybe it’s a conflict with other plugin or your theme and for this reason it’s not showing.
Could you try to enable debug log ( Here you can see how you can enable it )
And see if on debug log file you can see any error.
If you cannot see any error related with our plugin.
Try to disable all plugins leaving only WooCommerce and YITH WooCommerce Frequently Bought Together and check if you can see it.
If you cannot see the section, try to change the theme and activate a default WordPress theme like TwentySixteen.
