Unable to install Antispam plugins

    This is the message I get:
    Installing Plugin: Anti-spam by CleanTalk 4.4
    Downloading install package from https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/cleantalk-spam-protect.4.4.zip…

    Installing the plugin…
    Could not create directory. /home1/megankop/public_html/wp-content/plugins/cleantalk-spam-protect/
    Plugin install failed.
    Return to Plugin Installer

    I get the same thing when I try to re-install (don’t know why it disappeared) Akismet. I’m not a techie, but is there a simple fix to download these plugins?
