    Hi.

    Yesterday, I move my wordpress blog data from a server to another server.
    Old server is now deleted.

    My new wordpress site is not able to connect to jetpack plugin.

    Error message is “Unable to insert blog. Please try again or contact support.” .

    I had deleted jetpack plugin, and I had installed again. But I see the same error message.

    Please help me.

    Hi @ehononline,

    I’ve made a change on our end which I’m hoping will help. Please try deleting Jetpack from the Plugins area in your site’s dashboard and then reinstall, reactivate and reconnect:

    This will clear out Jetpack’s settings and give you a fresh connection.

    It’s best not to share personal information like email addresses on these public forums.

    thank you.
    I ha reinstall a little times.BUt i can not see good screen.
    I try jetpack reconnection now, I can recconect.
    I dont understand, thoght it is good now.
    Waiting is good.
