Hi @galiboy
Is WordPress installed in the /sitebio
directory on your server? If so, that, along with your domain is what should be entered into the SiteURL section in your WordPress settings.
With the security token error, could you completely delete Jetpack and reinstall it and reconnect it? That is generally the solution to that particular error.
Hi,
Thank you for your replay.
Yes, the path is correct and it is mentioned good under settings.
Like mentioned the strange thing is that it manage to “insert blog” even with xmlrpc.php inaccessible but after I disconnected the account I cannot do anything because of this message.
I tried again to install Jetpack but I have still the same message. I uninstalled it back via the plugin page.
Can it be that something is still in the database that blocks the connection to jetpack servers?
My site is going through cloudflare servers but I don’t have any caching options that can interfere with java.
The plugin is trying to load:
>>
Request URL: https://bioaleea.ro/wp-json/wc/gla/jetpack/connect?_locale=user
Request Method: GET
Status Code: 400
Remote Address: 172.67.214.130:443
Referrer Policy: strict-origin-when-cross-origin
>>
Response
{“status”:”error”,”message”:”Unable to insert blog. Please try again or contact support.”}
same response I get also for connecting Jetpack directly when I try to activate the plugin
Hi @galiboy
The log you’ve attached seems related to a bad request that isn’t well-formed to be processed, so it may be related to your issue and the error you’re getting.
At this point, I’d suggest reaching out to us privately here, so we’re able to investigate further and track this.
Please don’t forget to mention a link to this thread.
Best,
