Unable to incorporate social media feeds from flow flow plugin on my website

Hello there,
I have purchased a premium version of your plugin (flow flow social streams) to incorporate social media feeds on my website. But after doing all the setup for the insta feed, it displays an error which states “App received the next error message for this feed. Something went wrong.”
Please look into it so that the issue is fixed as soon as possible.
