# Unable to import error

    I have been trying, without success, to export a wordpress site from one 
   server to another using the All-in-one Migration tool. Both sites are using the
   latest versions of the plugins and we paid for the Unlimited Extension too.
 * The error we are getting is
    “Unable to seek to offset on file. File: /var/www/
   html/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/storage/1b8c9zvtnqhl/www.customwebsite.
   com-20180124-102119-914.wpress Offset: 22222222222222” and I cannot find anything
   on the good old web about this issue so I am hoping someone in here can help.
 * Both sites are running on patched up 17.04 Ubuntu OS’s.
 * Any help would be appreciated.

 * This issue occurs usually for 3 reasons:
    1. There is not enough disk space –
   clear some space and try again 2. The backup file was not downloaded/uploaded
   fully – redownload or reupload the file 3. The PHP is 32bit and the file is >
   2GB – you will need to install PHP 64bit

 * Hey – thanks for the heads up – it’s definitely not the PHP64 as this is installed
   but I will check the disk space.
