    I followed the video to set up the Extension in chrome. But I cannot find the folder that you request to download and upload on my site, it didn’t work!

    Please advice

    Hi,
    You don’t need to download woo-alidropship.zip because it’s this plugin. From your site dashboard, please go to Plugins/add new and search for Dropshipping and Fulfillment for AliExpress and WooCommerce

    Yes I did, but NO IMPORT BUTTON SHOW while I was on Aliexpress.

    I shot you the email through the support team with my wp-admin login as you requested! Then I only received your general feedback:

    “Thank you for your information.
    If the problem is caused apart from the impact of security plugin, please contact your host with the issue you got when importing product they will give you solutions”

    So do you know what it the problem right now? As I said, THERE IS NO IMPORT BUTTON SHOW while I was on Aliexpress.

    It is not an issue of importing but its functioning. Please advice!

    Hi,
    It’s problem with the aliexpress site that you are on.
    Some other users have the same issue when they are on aliexpress.ru and the problem is resolved when they switch to aliexpress.com.
    Can you give it a try?

    I’VE been using Aliexpress.com; I shared you the login details in email as you requested! Have you checked if my website mess up and why I cannot see the button and price info (attached photo in the email as well but no follow up replied after you asked to check with host!)?

    Sorry i did not know that.
    Your site blocks rest API request from our plugin https://prnt.sc/snt81b
    If you do not have any firewall plugins active, the most possible reason is from your host’s firewall. Please send them the screenshot.
