Unable to hear sound, and duplicate tracks

I installed the free version of your plugin and am having problems getting it to work. I added 2 songs (both the mp3 and ogg files) and when I view the plugin on the page, it shows 1 song, duplicated. No matter how many times I go back and recreate song #2, the duplication persists. The other issue is that there’s no audio when I click the play button. Third, the layout doesn’t look like the screenshot. I’d attach one, but WordPress won’t let me here. Thanks for your input.
