Errors like this are logged. Check the error log on your server. If you can’t find the log, please contact your host.

Meantime, enable wp_debug and wp_debug_log and after an error, look at wp-content/debug.log to see if anything gets logged there.

You can also try this: Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

If you can install plugins, install “Health Check”: On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site. You can then use its admin bar menu to turn on/off plugins and themes one at a time.

If you cannot access wp-admin, there are other ways to deactivate plugins.

hey @penuel00, try deactivating all of your plugins and switching themes to see if there is still a problem. If deactivating all plugins and switching themes fixes the issue then the problem is in one of those things, if the problem is still there then we can move on to another test for a solution.
