    I originally appreciated the versatility of this plugin, but it lacked a key feature: security. Given the importance of website security, I purchased the Security Add-on to integrate with my Cloudflare Turnstile.

    To ensure everything worked correctly, I first installed the add-on on my staging site for testing. Although the license is limited to one site, I planned to delete it from the staging site after testing and then activate it on my live site.

    However, even after completely uninstalling the plugin from my staging site, I couldn’t activate the license on my live site. It keeps saying that the license has already been used.

    I’ve contacted support multiple times to resolve this issue, but I only receive generic responses like, “Our reply time is between a few minutes and 24 hours.” If they could spend that time resolving my issue, I wouldn’t have to repeatedly send emails explaining the same problem.

    All I need is a simple solution:

    1. Manually remove the license binding from my staging site on their end.

    2. Issue me a new license, or provide a way for me to reset the current one.

    This shouldn’t be such a complicated issue, yet I’ve wasted so much time going back and forth without any resolution.

    As users, it’s natural to test plugins on staging sites before deploying them on live sites. I fully respect their license policy of allowing only one site, but in this scenario, it’s unreasonable to restrict me from moving the license to my live site after deleting it from staging.

    I hope this forum post gains attention and helps push the team to provide a proper solution. It’s frustrating to feel unheard, especially when I’m trying to follow their rules.

    I did not say that you’re sending SPAM emails. I said, please do not spam with multiple emails. This was my response:-

    “Please do not spam with multiple tickets and emails.You only have to open a ticket once and you will get an answer. It’s an email based support system & you can always reply back to this email.The response time can be few minutes to 24 hours.”

    I requested you nicely and informed you about “How the email support system works”

    You sent us 7-8 emails/tickets within an hour. I can upload the screenshot here but I wouldn’t like to make this public.

    You got replies within minutes from my end and resolved your queries. If you think that’s not a five star support and not fast enough for 9$ add-on and a free plugin, I apologise.

    You lied. You did not resolve my issue within minutes. My problem was only addressed when I brought it up on the WordPress forum, where you finally provided the license.

    Let me clarify again: The “My Account” page you directed me to does not allow me to remove the original website URL. This issue was not resolved in minutes, as you claimed. If you had resolved my issue in a few minutes, why would I have sent you 7-8 emails in one hour? This clearly shows the problem persisted for much longer than you are willing to admit.

    If you believe I am wrong, feel free to reveal all the email exchanges. I have no issue with transparency.

    Additionally, despite installing your plugin and purchasing the “Security” add-on, the Cloudflare Turnstile integration still does not work. To date, it remains ineffective and non-functional.

    Your claim that my issue was resolved quickly is false, and it is frustrating to deal with a vendor that misleads their customers. If my issues were genuinely resolved in minutes, why would I have continued contacting you repeatedly?

    I am open to comparing all records and communications here on WordPress to make the situation clear.

    2. I disabled certain features and even temporarily disabled the “Security” settings to isolate the issue. Despite this, the Cloudflare Turnstile feature still failed to display the verification widget on my forms.

    3. I experimented with the password settings, but no matter how I configured them, the password strength remained fixed at 12 characters, and the intended functionality did not work.

    I refrained from immediately contacting you about these issues because I wanted to be thorough and rule out any potential mistakes on my end. However, after multiple rounds of testing, I can confidently confirm that the “Security” add-on is not functioning as intended.

    You claim to have resolved my issues, but the root problem—making the add-on work as advertised—remains unresolved. This is the primary functionality I paid for, yet it is not usable.

    I am not trying to criticize without reason, but I need to present the facts. I wanted to address these points here to ensure clarity.

    Finally, no one wants to spend $9 only to encounter so many issues and waste so much time troubleshooting. Running a website is already exhausting, and dealing with these problems makes it even more overwhelming.

    I checked your site and you have added invalid “Site key” for Turnstile.
    Somehow you have added the same key 4 times.

    So completely remove the “Site Key”, make sure the input box is empty and then copy/paste the key ( make sure you press the paste button once. )

    Although there were four inputs during my setup process, this did not affect the accuracy of my configuration. To confirm the root of the issue, I tested by uninstalling the plugin, and as soon as the plugin was removed, my Cloudflare Turnstile worked correctly, with the cloud animation appearing as expected.

    This confirms that my Cloudflare Turnstile settings were never the problem. I also cross-verified the Turnstile settings within your Security plugin, and everything was configured correctly. The issue persisted until I uninstalled your plugin.

    I have documented the entire process and included it in the links I provided, along with screenshots showing the refund instructions displayed on your website. I’m unsure what other refund-related concerns there might be, as everything has been laid out transparently in the provided links, including my testing process, refund policy details, and all other evidence.

    Moreover, I made the purchase on your website using my email account. You have my email address associated with the purchase, so why not use it to address my concerns directly? Instead, you respond here on the forum, which makes me question the transparency of your process and raises concerns about how this might affect me as a customer.

    Subject: Update on My Experience with Login SignUp

    I initially thought I would receive a reply from the Login SignUp team, but unfortunately, I still haven’t. However, during this time, I continued testing the plugin, and today, I’m happy to report that my Cloudflare Turnstile has started working.

    That said, there are still many features that I am figuring out. If possible, I strongly encourage Login SignUp to create video tutorials demonstrating their product’s functionality. This would not only help users like me but also ensure that the great design and creativity behind the plugin are not underutilized.

    One regret I have is the lack of communication or support from their team, which makes troubleshooting a challenge. Still, at least I can confirm that my Turnstile is now functioning properly, and I feel it’s important to share this positive progress here.

    At this point, I’ve decided to keep the plugin instead of requesting a refund. My initial reason for purchasing was because I genuinely admired its design and features, and I hope the team continues improving both the plugin and their support.
