unable to get plugin to work, wont let me in when testing

    hi there! I am trying to set up plugin and am testing it out but unable to get it to work. When I try plugin in incognito window and input age of 21+ IE May 5 1982 it just refreshes the page and loads the age gate again. Does not let me into site.

    Any ideas on why this might be happening?

    Hi @spcinno,

    Sounds like a cache issue. Try switching to the Javascript version in the advanced settings and clearing any caches.

    I was having the same issue where after putting in my date of birth the page simply refreshed unless I put in the date younger than the specified minimum in which case the redirect worked. The javascript version makes it work as expected.

    I was having the same issue and switched to the JavaScript version, but that didn’t fix the issue. Have cleared cache, tried in incongnito, Mac and Windows, different browsers. The plugin worked properly when we took the site live in July. This issue has cropped up within the past two months. We didn’t catch it, our client did.

    Hi @barbaraingram,

    Is it the server cache you have cleared or your browser cache? Feels like a server cache issue to me. If you have a link I’ll happily investigate it further.
