Sorry I did put the other plugin name on here but it seems that its been removed
its wp smush pro
Hello,
I have the same issue too and I get this error “Unable to get file tree information”
and I also use smush plugin.
Can you help please?
Kind regards
I havent heard anything, what I tend to do is disable smush and enable ACEIDE when I need to use it, then I re-enable smush after I have finished working on the site. Its not ideal, but it does allow you to use the plugin.
Hi all,
I am unable to find wp smush pro in the plugin repository – there are a number of possibilities.
Could you please provide a link to this plugin?
Thanks
Shane Thompson

Hi sprado,
Thanks – I’ve loaded this up and did have issues the first time I loaded AceIDE – however I can no longer replicate this issue.
Is this a continual isssue for you, or is this intermittent?
Kind Regards
Hi Shanept,
It is a continual issue, I also cleared cache and refreshed but it doesn’t help.
I still get the error.
Only when I disable the smush plugin it works fine.
Hope you can assist further.
Thank you a lot for responding.
Hello Shanept,
Did you check out the conflict with the smush plugin?
Is there any update coming to fix this issue.
Hope you let us know.
Kind regards
Hi sprado,
As of yet, I am still unable to replicate it. Perhaps there’s more at play here?
Can you give me any information about your setup?
Mine is as follows:
WordPress: 4.9.8
AceIDE: 2.6.2
Smush: 2.8.0.1
PHP: 7.0.31
Thanks
Hi,
my setup is as follows:
WordPress: 4.9.8
AceIDE: 2.6.2
Smush: 2.8.0.1
PHP: 7.2
The only difference is PHP version which is recommended by WordPress and Woocommerce.
I hope this helps.
Kind regards
