    Hi I purchased your product over 1 week ago and have been trying to get in touch with someone from support for the last week. I have sent multiple emails and got no reply.

    I would like a refund, in accordance with your refund policy but no one will respond.

    I have emailed your support team both on your website, direct to the support email and even through the web chat.

    Can someone please respond. I am loosing patience

    Yes you replied… and I sent a response… and again no reply… it seems that you do not monitor your support emails, and only seem to respond once I raise it publicly in this forum.

    Plain and simple I would like a refund… I requested this within the 14 days advertised on your website, but you have not refunded…
