Unable to find SAVED Contact number

Hello Sir,

You are doing good job and you saved hundreds of hours of mine to set up OTP functionalities during registrations, so thanks again for the same.

I have set up OTP verification on http://dev.freeshala.com/account/?action=register page but the input field is displaying outside the form so is there any possibility to show it inside the form?

Also, functionality is working fine but unable to find Saved contact numbers which users have entered during registrations so can you please let me know where does it store? and is it possible to store the number in default users’ contact number field?
