Unable to extract thumbnails from CDN provider

    Hi,

    I love your plugins, it works perfectly with youtube etc. My issue here is not with youtube, vimeo etc., but a CDN provider (www.streamingvideoprovider.com) which am paying for their service. I embed the video player code on my wordpress website, but your plugin can’t extract thumbnails from the embedded code, unlike youtube, vimeo etc.
    Is there are any way I can resolve this issue? StreamingVideoProvider has no clue on what to do, please any help will be appreciated.

    Unfortunately it is unlikely I will be able to add support because it is a paid service. If they are willing to work with me or offer an account for development purposes it may be possible. An alternative I would recommend is Wistia.
