Unable to expand the full backup

    Hi there,
    great plugin.
    I’ve created 2 jobs and followed the steps like in the video tutorial.
    The database backup is working fine.
    The full backup is being created, and then downloaded. But it’s not opening and expanding. Error message “unable to expand”.

    It would be great if you could help me find why this error is happening.
