  • Resolved olivseo

I am not able to enter First Name- all the other fields are working fine. Also, there is a weird Star below the City, and a gap between City and State.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi there,

It appears there are some styling or theme incompatibilities going on here.

Could you send over a copy of your system information?

Navigate to Donations >> Tools >> System Info and select the “Get System Report” button.

Copy and paste all of that information into your next response.

It looks like I can click on the last name, and go to the first name with Shift Tab buttons, but not just click on the Name.

@gsamsmith Any updates on this issue?

    Hi there,

I think this is actually more about how the form is embedded into that site. There’s some interesting markup in the form that I think is breaking things. How did you insert that form into that page exactly? If you look at your page editor in Code View do you see anything strange or different?

Let us know what you find there.

    Thread Starter olivseo

@webdevmattcrom The form is added as a shortcode in the text block [give_form id=”465″] There is nothing else in that text block.

@webdevmattcrom @gsamsmith Any updates on this? I migrated the site to this url: The issue still remains on the site. It has been over a week now, since I have been waiting for this issue to be fixed. Please let me know if what is happening, or if I need to look for another plugin. Thanks.

    Hi there,

I can see that the first name field and required stars are appearing properly on the form now.

I’m going to mark this ticket as resolved, but if there’s anything else we can help with, just let us know.
