Unable to Enable QUIC.cloud Services – Communication Error

Hello Support Team,

I am encountering an issue while trying to enable QUIC.cloud services on my website. When I click on “Enable QUIC.cloud services”, I receive the following error:

Failed to communicate with QUIC.cloud server: Unknown error: unknown [server] https://wpapi.quic.cloud [service] tool/wp_rest_echo Your WP REST API seems blocked our QUIC.cloud server calls.

Additionally, I have attached a screenshot for reference.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:
- Checked my Cloudflare and firewall settings
- Verified that my REST API is working correctly
- Disabled security plugins to rule out conflicts
Please let me know how I can resolve this issue.

Same issue here after last update
@s4shubhamverma Rollback to LS Cache Version 6.5.4 fixed it for me.

I did not understand where and how to configure the server IP with QC. The document is not clear.

@s4shubhamverma QC IP can be changed by following these steps: https://docs.quic.cloud/troubleshooting/imageopt/#incorrect-server-ip

Also, please, share a report ID: Can be found LSCWP => Toolbox => Report => click on “Send to Litespeed”. Share just the ID generated.
After this we can easilly debug the issue.

it seems you have nginx + cloudflare , then make sure you have enabled real IP forward in nginx configuration , so the PHP script can see the request client IP , instead of seeing cloudflare IP

we use IP for request verification to make sure such request is coming from our IPs

When I bypass security from Cloudflare, it works. But when I enable it again, it stops working. Can you send me a URL or IP that I can allow in Cloudflare?

Just make sure the server is set into Plugin and in QC admin area

you may also need to check this page https://www.litespeedtech.com/support/wiki/doku.php/litespeed_wiki:config:show-real-ip-behind-cloudflare to make sure PHP sees the correct client IP
