Unable to edit Product Categories, Collapse-O-Matic Titles

Not quite sure where this issue fits…

Our site has a customized products page.
All of our product categories are in Collapse-O-Matic menus. Clients can scroll down the landing page to find the product category they want, expand these menus and click on individual products to go to their Product Detail page.
If we want to change the name of a product category, all we have to do is go into the backend, click on Product Categories in the products section in the side menu bar, and then edit the titles.

However, the problem is this:
Our product categories currently say something like “[product title] – Click to Expand”.
We want to remove the words ” – Click to Expand” and replace it with something different. But we can’t even find this option in the backend… anywhere. When we go into the Product Categories we’re only given the option to edit the [product title] part.
The words ” – Click to Expand” doesn’t even show up.

Any suggestions as to how we can fix this would be very much appreciated.
