I am able to successfully create a popup, but in the admin when I go to edit it, there is nothing in the content. It is empty. The HTML/code section of the editor is empty as well. The popup still works on the site. To make edits, I have to have saved what was there previously in a separate file and re-create it. I have disabled all plugins to see if there were any conflicts, and it still does not display

Here’s what I’m running:
Wordpress 5.4.2
PHP 7.2.24
