Unable to edit pages, posts, widgets, menus, and most plugins on 3.5 update

I’ve tried deactivating every plugin. Still no ability to edit pages, posts, menus, widgets, and most plugins after updating to 3.5. I also tried activating the default 2011 theme and back again…

Can’t seem to replicate the bug in other domains, just this one. I’ve tried replacing the functions file with a fresher copy from 2011 after update. No luck yet. Can’t seem to pin-point the cause, but I’ve tried everything except re-instating a previous SQL backup.

Its strange that I can’t even edit the content in pages or posts. The text are is solid white & doesn’t allow editing. Has any one experienced anything like this?

After deleting every plugin, activating the default WP 2010, 2011, & 2012 themes, the entire admin backend is still broken. No way to edit pages, posts, menus, widgets, or even re instate my database to a previous backup. Any thoughts on this?
