Unable to Edit Meta Description

    I am able to add custom text to the meta description in the page editor for the front page but after clicking update it changes back to “page content” default. If I change that to another preset it still changes back to “page-content”

    Also unable to edit the seo title right above the meta description. I can change it, but it reverts back on update.

    I am getting this console error:
    /wp-content/themes/showcase-pro/lib/woocommerce/js/notice-update.js?ver=1.0 net::ERR_ABORTED 404

    Hi @kelly23a,

    Thanks for reaching out, and I apologize for the inconvenience caused!

    Would you be able to use the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/) to debug possible conflicts by following the steps below?

    1. Go to Plugins > Add New and install and activate the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.
    2. Go to Plugins > Installed Plugins and click on Troubleshoot below the All in One SEO plugin. This will temporarily disable all other plugins and switch to the default WordPress theme only for your user ID without impacting what your visitors see.
    3. Update a page after modifying the SEO Title & Meta Description and see if you’re able to reproduce the problem.
    4. If not, activate your theme and check again.
    5. If you’re still unable to reproduce the issue, activate the plugins one by one and simultaneously check if the issue occurs.
    6. Once you’re done troubleshooting, deactivate and delete the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.

    Please let me know how that goes.
