 * Hi there,
 * I have WordPress working on a closed network as a company Intranet. I have installed
   WordPress Form Manager and it has successfully installed, however, we are experiencing
   the following two errors:
    - I am unable to edit form elements when creating a form. I.e. rename, add options
      etc.
    - I am unable to add conditional elements. You can set them up, but once you
      hit save they disappear.
 * As we have no way of accessing the internet on this network, I need to know if
   there is any part of the plugin that tries to connect to the internet. If so,
   I will need to modify the plugin so it resources everything locally.
 * Your help would be MUCH appreciated. The plugin looks promising, fingers crossed
   we can get it going.
 * Many thanks,
    Karen

 * The plugin does not connect to the internet. The problem with being unable to
   edit form elements usually is because another plugin is not restricting its scripts
   to its own pages. Try disabling plugins to find the culprit, then let me know
   and I’ll see if I can come up with a solution.

 * I’ve tried turning off all other plugins, but the result is still the same. I
   did note when viewing the source code of the Form edit page that it contains
   scriptaculous js with a full filepath to googleapis.com. When searching my installation,
   I see scripaculous scripts are located in wp-includes script-loader.php. How
   does your plugin call upon this script-loader.php? I may be able to add these
   files as local scripts. Thanks.

 * Fixed. Have downloaded scriptaculous scripts and stored them locally, pointing
   script-loader.php paths to them. Your plugin is working as it should. 🙂
