Unable to Edit Fields

Hi, I tried editing the job and user fields in the free plugin, and I noticed there are some predefined fields. There are also preset dropdown options, but I can’t find where to edit them. For example, in the ‘Employment Type *’ field, I want to add one more option but I can’t locate it. How can I change this?
