Unable to edit existing forms

Hi there

Both popup and sidebar forms disappeared recently. I’ve just deactivated and reactivated the plugin, and the sidebar form appeared, but not the popup. Neither are able to be edited – when I click to edit one of the forms, the page loads with no content. Any help would be appreciated!
