  • I am unable to edit the copyright option on my blog. It is showing copyright@2013. Instead this I would like to set copyright@2012.
    So on my footer php I founded the year option, but I am unable to find out the option to replace with 2012. Here is the code on footer.php:

    <div id="footer">
            <div id="copyrights">
                    if($theme->display('footer_custom_text')) {
                    } else {
                        ?> © <?php echo date('Y'); ?>  <a>/"><?php bloginfo('name'); ?></a><?php

    Also I have another problem with my blog comments. My blog has 11 post currently. Eight of this posts are not showing comment option although there have some exist comments on previous. Actually there is no any comment forms and comments option on that posts. Please suggest me to solve this problems:)
    Thanks in advance:)

    from this section

    if($theme->display('footer_custom_text')) {

    it seems that your theme has a footer content option somewhere;

    if you can’t find that or do not want to use that, edit this line (refer to your original code as the posted code here got corrupted because it was posted without marking it as code):

    ?> © <?php echo date('Y'); ?> /"><?php bloginfo('name'); ?><?php

    ?> © 2012 /"><?php bloginfo('name'); ?><?php

    re: comments –
    have you checked for each post individually under
    dashboard – posts – all postsquick-edit below each post title – tick ‘allow comments’

    Yes I have checked the quick edit option and placed check mark all the posts that allow comments:)

    Thanks:) I have placed the code you posted here and I am able to place the text successfully. But It is showing plain text. Instead I would like to place a by blog links on the text?
    How I can do that?

    But It is showing plain text.

    what ended up as code here in the forum was broken by the forum parser, i.e. the link html was gone;

    look into the original code in your theme;

    then replcae only this part

    <?php echo date('Y'); ?>
