Unable to edit bookings in dashboard

Hi
Plugin all works great and will create bookings from the front end. If I try and edit or create a new booking in the backend, the “update booing” button instantly changes to “save draft” here https://prnt.sc/ibruk6

I have tried 3 different versions of WP, different browsers, different PHP versions and 3 different installs on 3 different servers on different networks and I get the same issue. I have a backup of a different booking plugin but I really like the functionality of this one and want to try and resolve the problem.

I can create bookings via the front end and I can update all other pages backend except the booking page.
