    Hi,

    I receive “No response from server!” when trying to download definitions.

    Thanks for any help offered.

    Can you please check your browser’s Error Console to see if there are any JavaScript Errors? Maybe you have a script blocker or so other security that is preventing the definition update script from downloading.

    You could also try another browser to see if you get different results.

    If you need more help just let me know, and sending me a screenshot might help too.

    I am able to connect now with no problem. There was probably a network issue on my side.

    I found this helpful. My browser was having an issue and would not update. I switched to a different browser and the registration and update works fine.
