    Right,

    What it means is the product feed you have, they don’t have any image and description.

    Can you send us the csv you are trying to upload so we can verify the error.

    Hi, we have been trying to replicate your issue, but got no luck.

    We also tested it on the page as you had issue with using the shortcode. But that works fine too.
