Support » Plugin: Draw Attention » Unable to Display Image in Understrap

  • I’d like to upgrade to the Pro version, but have been unsuccessful in getting the Draw Attention image to even appear on the page. I did check to make sure the header and footer calls are there.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @rlebras,

On the page you linked to, is the US Map supposed to be the interactive Draw Attention image?

If so, it appears that you’ve just added that image to your page the usual way – with the WP Media Library. If you replace that with the [drawattention] shortcode, that will embed the Draw Attention image. You have to use our shortcode to embed an image.

if you’re using the Gutenberg editor, you can use the shortcode block with the [drawattention] shortcode or we provide a Draw Attention Image block as well.

Please let us know if you need more help getting this working.

    Thanks,
    Natalie

No this is not resolved at all. None of the information you supplied was requested nor was it useful. I know how to use the plugin. It worked… once. It has been deactivated. I will leave it there until you decide you are ready to provide informative feedback to fix your malfunctioning product.

Hi @rlebras, sorry it’s not working for you. We’d like to get to the bottom of it and get it working on your site. If you email our Pro support (support@wpdrawattention.com) we’d be happy to schedule a support session with you so we can try to get it working for you.

    Thanks,
    Nathan
