  • I am having the same problem. I follow the steps outlined in this forum topic to turn off pagination, click “save gallery,” and when the page refreshes, the menu option has turned back from “show all” to “pagination.”

I’ve already changed most of my galleries away from this plugin due to this issue, it’s just been too long with it not functioning properly.

neilferris, what plug in did you change to?

Just the regular WordPress galleries. I left it on this page below due to the large number of images I’d have to redo and lineup. The 1/1 isn’t as problematic here, but the way I had previously set up some pages it was really obtrusive.

Well…. no response thus far. Looks like it’s time to find a new gallery plugin home!

Dear customers please update to version 1.5.5

I’m still having the issue after updating. Here is a series of screenshots that depict what happens:

Image 1: Settings in default mode
Image 2: I select “Show All” in menu
Image 3: After I click, “Save Gallery,” this is what displays in the menu

The lightbox bug was fixed with the update for me, but I still can’t get rid of the 1/1 when following the instructions provided.

    Dear neilferrismusic
we will make new updates soon, but your case is very individual, we hope you have contacted our developers info@huge-it.com they want to see this problem

    Hello,
I had the same problem until today and searched a bit for a solution. I found out from another topic about this problem that the 1/1 disappears when you deactivate and then activate the plugin again. So, first update it to the newest version. Then go to your dashboard – plugins – deactivate your huge it gallery. And then activate it again. With me, the 1/1 were gone after that. I hope it solves the problem for you too!

Ps. I checked it and the ‘show all’ option now works just fine where it first seemed stuck on the pagination option.

Great stuff, that seems to have fixed the problem! Dead straightforward. Thanks for your help jannawp.
