Unable to detect IP correctly

    Hello!

    I have a problem in a website, the Wordfence is not getting the IP correctly as it shows my IP wrong.

    I already tried all the options in “How does Wordfence get IPs” and all show the same wrong IP.

    This is a recurring problem on this website. But some days earlier the IP was showing correctly. Unfortunately I don’t remember what changes I might have done to correct this and now it is already detecting wrong again.

    I appreciate any suggestions how I could find and solve this problem. Thank you.

    Can you send a diagnostic report to wftest @ wordfence . com? You can find the link to do so at the top of the Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username (@rafaelzrt) where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.

    NOTE: It should look as follows – Screenshot of Tools > Diagnostic > Send by Email
