# Unable to Delete Default WP Admin

 * WordPress will not let me delete the default user admin on my website. I would
   like to change it because it has my personal email on it, and I don’t want that
   floating around inside the source code of the website.
 * I tried creating a 2nd admin account, then trying to delete the old admin account
   but wordpress gives me an error message when I try to delete the default admin
   that states
 * “You have specified this user for deletion ID#1: The user will not be deleted.
   There are no valid users selected for deletion”
