Unable to contact support

    Tried different times with different browsers, no AD block activated, but at https://jetpack.com/contact-support/ I’m prompted to login in order to contact you > following the link i log in with my credentials > I am redirected to https://jetpack.com/contact-support/ asking me to log in.

    BTW I’m in need to flush photon cache for a domain after migration: I already managed to exclude theme, plugin or cache issues, still getting 404 for image thumbnails on all tiled galleries from WordPress block

    Hi there,

    What is the WordPress.com username that you are using to attempt to login? Have you attempted to log into your WordPress.com account anywhere else by going directly to the login page as opposed thru the Jetpack contact form and being redirected?

    If you are able to login elsewhere successfully it should keep you logged in, and you should be automatically logged into your WordPress.com account when visiting https://jetpack.com/contact-support/. Let me know if you being logged into your WordPres.com account isn’t sticking – maybe the browsers you are using are blocking cookies in which case I would clear your cache and cookies and see if that works.

    Hopefully that helps. If you are able get through the contact form, please provide the direct links to the images that you want purged.
