Unable to connect with API key

    Dear,

    I have installed the latest version of Yikes EasyForms for MailChimp, but I’m unable to connect the plugin to MailChimp using the API key. When I click the ‘Save Changes’ button, I get an error page with the following message:

    Server error – 500
    The website encountered an error while retrieving …wp-admin/options.php. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.

    I’ve tried deactivating all other plugins I’m using to see if any of them might be interfering with your plugin, without any success. Any idea what could be wrong? Thanks!

    Who is your host? Do you happen to know what OS the server is running on?

    Hi Evan,

    The host is Linode and the server is running on Linux Ubuntu 14.04.

    Hi Mintandgreen,

    I don’t have access to a linode/linux server, but will have to try and see if I can get a testing environment. It sounds like it has something to do with the redirects on your server. It could be the way we have our URLs setup for the redirects, but I haven’t seen any other users report the same issue.
