    I’m trying to connect our Constant Contact account to Woocommerce. I have the plugin installed and activated, and when I click go through the process to connect the accounts I click on “Approve” at the end and get this Error:

    cURL error 35: error:141A318A:SSL routines:tls_process_ske_dhe:dh key too small.

    Any idea why this is happening?

    This one may need to be referred over to your hosting provider as it looks like there’s some sort of conflict going on with cURL and available SSL configuration, with regards to trying to connect to our Constant Contact API

    We can help fill in blanks for where you may not have answers to, though I realize that may be a slow process, depending on how their support is reached out to, like via live chat. However, if a ticket gets created where you can add extra emails to send responses to, we could more readily help there without requiring you to be a messenger between.

    Wordpress support is through live chat. I put this question to them and this was their response: So that connection error is an issue on the application end and how secure their connection protocols are. Let me explain. Constant Contact’s connection is being denied because they support older security protocols, so we are blocking the connection.

    What hosting do you go through, I’d like to pass this along to some other people closer to the IT department to get their thoughts.
