Thanks for writing to us today.
Do you mean, after installing and activating the plugin, then you are getting that error, but getting that error shown in your screenshot instead, when you try clicking on the File Manage menu?

Can you please try to access other folders, like wp-admin, wp-content… maybe cgi-bin folder is not allowed to view.
